Investigating
Starting at approximately 6:00 AM PT, we observed elevated 500 errors on API v2 in the US region. This was caused by a brief spike in traffic related to our Link Tracking service, which lasted about 10 minutes and disrupted the automatic failover of one of our database clusters.
We have manually triggered the failover, and error rates are expected to return to normal within the next 15 minutes.
We apologize for the disruption this may have caused to your systems and customers. Our team is actively monitoring the recovery and will continue to provide updates here.
